National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Bilingual Part-TIme Custodian in Chicago,IL area code 60647.
The cleaning duties involve maintaining cleanliness and safety in a apartment building. Daily tasks include cleaning and sanitizing high-traffic areas such as the lobby, mail room, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, gym, rooftop lounge, grills, and corridors.Trash receptacles are emptied and liners replaced as needed, and the exterior grounds, including the parking lot, are monitored and litter-free.The dog park requires regular cleaning to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for pets and their owners. Weekly tasks involve more thorough cleaning of surfaces, windows, and equipment, ensuring all areas are well-maintained and presentable.
Schedule: Monday,Wednesday,Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 7:00 am until 1:00 pm. (6 hrs daily) (30 hours weekly)
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour (bi-weekly pay)
Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with all team members.
- At least a year of custodial experience is preferred.
- A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
