What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Shift Lead position at National Star Services?
National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of Warehouse Shift Lead for our location in San Antonio, TX 78233.
Warehouse Lead Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead a team of 20-30 warehouse associates
· Verify trailer BOLs
· Monitoring outbound scanning to ensure accurate scanning performance
· Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and make sure standards are met.
· Validate that associates are properly loading cartons on to trailer per SOP
· Lock and/or seal all outbound trailers
· Communicate directly with management and warehouse associates regarding day-to-day operations
· Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed.
· Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed.
· Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires.
Available Schedule:
2 Shift: Sunday-Friday
From 2:00p.m. Until Finish
Starting Pay Rate:
Regular: $17.00/Hr.
Overtime: $25.50/Hr.

Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Have and wear Steel toe boots.
- Leadership or supervising experience.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish speaker)
- Own transportation to get to and from work on time.
- Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug test.
- Can start working as soon as possible.
