Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, including preparing for opening, conducting property walks, and ensuring everything is clean and in working order.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, processing rental agreements, and addressing any concerns or issues raised by customers.
- Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, as well as actively engaging in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and continued training.
- Process payments, issue receipts, manage delinquent accounts, conduct cash drawer audits, and execute bank deposits as per company policies.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Cash handling experience
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in sales

- Spend about 50% of time in outdoor environments
