IT Intern

Job Summary: 

The intern will gain foundational knowledge in IT Service Management and develop an understanding of the importance of Cyber Security in a professional environment. They will acquire essential customer service skills through practical experience and engagement with internal stakeholders. By the end of the internship, the intern will prepare and deliver a presentation summarizing their key learnings and insights gained throughout the program. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

Basic knowledge or interest in IT Service Management principles and practices. 

Awareness of or willingness to learn about the importance of Cybersecurity in modern business operations. 

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and effective communication. 

Ability to analyze and synthesize information to develop and deliver a professional presentation summarizing key learning outcomes. 

Education and Experience 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, or recent graduate.

Anticipated Dates: Summer 2025 

Compensation Range: $18.00 - $22.00
