Operations Intern

Job Summary: 

The Operations Intern will support the operations team by assisting with day-to-day tasks and projects that improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting research, organizing data, and helping streamline processes. The intern will also assist with report preparation, file management, and support various operational initiatives to ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role offers valuable exposure to business operations and process improvement techniques.

Qualifications: 

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

Education and Experience 

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, or recent graduate.

Reports to:  Senior Director, Operations 

Anticipated Dates: Summer 2025 

Compensation Range: $21.00
