Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee overall operations, ensuring safe and efficient management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. This role will enhance operational procedures, systems, and principles in areas of information flow and management, business processes, and reporting.
The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager and management team to set and implement policies, procedures, and systems. They will also partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems.
This role requires excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications.
