What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dynamics Manager position at National Technical Systems?
POSITION SUMMARY :
Plan, conduct and supervise all department testing for a specific site. Provide technical and administrative supervision to assure that the technical, administrative, schedule and budget goals for the department are achieved. Dynamics : The branch of mechanics that deals with motion of systems under action of forces usually from outside the system.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
- Provide technical and administrative direction to the department staff.
- Interact with customers and Program Managers for technical support and review of test results.
- Troubleshoot escalated testing issues.
- Work with department staff to run certain test, particularly if they are complex in nature.
- Other - Perform other duties as assigned

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
