Your Role:
As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in providing engaging and effective behavior analysis services to children in both Maryland and DC. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices.
Implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct services to children to help them achieve their goals.
Collaborating with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Providing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintaining organized and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Ensuring that all services are delivered in compliance with applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.
Maintaining 23-26 billable hours per week, ensuring a consistent and manageable workload.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated BCBA who meets the following qualifications:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Valid licensure as a BCBA in both Maryland and DC.
A passion for helping children achieve their functional goals and a commitment to making a positive impact in their lives. Your enthusiasm and dedication will be key to building strong therapeutic relationships.

Billing & Work Expectations:
As part of your role, you will be expected to:
Maintain a minimum of 23-26 billable hours per week, working in both school and clinic settings to provide comprehensive and effective behavior analysis services to our clients. This expectation ensures that you have a consistent and manageable workload.
