  • Poor Critical Thinking Skills
  • You struggle to analyze situations, identify root causes, or evaluate the best course of action, leading to ineffective decisions.

  • Minimal Interest in Continuous Learning
  • You show little curiosity about industry trends, HR innovations, or ways to improve processes, which can hinder their growth and the company's progress.

  • Inability to Reflect on Your Own Performance
  • You lack self-awareness, are defensive when receiving feedback, and do not actively seek ways to improve their skills or approach.

  • Rigid Mindset
  • You resist change and prefer to stick with "the way things have always been done," even when it's clear that new methods would be more effective.

  • Weak Interpersonal Skills
  • You have difficulty building trust with employees and managers, handling sensitive situations, or fostering a positive work environment.

  • Failure to Prioritize and Execute

  • Resistance to Feedback or Collaboration
  • You avoid constructive criticism, dismiss input from others, and fail to work cohesively within a team environment.

Our closing pitch to you :

We have little interest in being followers - we would much rather suffer the day-to-day frustrations of being copied by our competition. We value strategies and methods that are creative, innovative, brilliant, contrarian and / or highly original (and when those aren't available, we don't mind tried and true methods that work). We are looking for people that will help keep us moving in that direction, and if that sounds like fun, we would love to meet you.
