About the Role:
The CFO will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a nonprofit organization. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA is strongly preferred.
