The JFK School of Psychology and Social Sciences seeks a full-time faculty member for its PsyD program, preferably with a specialization in Assessment. The ability to teach Neuroscience is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a strong teaching record with diverse student populations and support the department's curriculum. Responsibilities include teaching, training, and supervising doctoral students within the program's core disciplines.
Position Summary :
Faculty provides intellectual leadership toward achievement of the highest possible level of excellence in teaching, scholarship, service, supervision, and professional development. The faculty will teach courses within a programmatic core discipline and supervise clinical trainees by engaging students, offering excellent feedback, and inspiring students to achieve course and program outcomes relevant to the core discipline. This position works closely with other faculty within the discipline, including the Training Director, Academic Program Co-Directors, Assistant Dean, and Dean, by contributing to programmatic strategies that ensure program quality, student engagement and success.
Essential Functions :
Teaching
- Teach and develop online or onsite courses in Assessment (e.g., Objective, Personality, Projective, Neuropsychology)
- Maintain pedagogical and subject matter expertise in the instructor's field
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment for diverse learners.
- Ensure course and program practices align with compliance and accreditation standards.
- Adhere to the National University's academic integrity policy.

Compensation Range :
Annual Salary : $66,560.00 - $105,355.00
Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary / pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position.
