The Physician Liaison is responsible for developing and executing field marketing strategies to promote our medical services and foster relationships between our providers and potential clients. This role serves as the key connection between our company and referring physicians, ensuring clear communication, the distribution of marketing materials, and the promotion of our services. The Physician Liaison will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation and the cultivation of strong relationships within the medical community. Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, conducting preliminary research to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop a deep understanding of all services offered by the practice, staying informed about the latest medical services provided by our team.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including literature, signage, merchandise, and other promotional items, for use at field marketing events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Manage social media activity related to field marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent and engaging communication.
- Provide regular reports on the status of field marketing activities, including weekly and monthly updates.
- Document and share lead and customer intelligence with the sales team to enhance business development efforts.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referring physicians, keeping them informed about the services offered by the practice.
- Engage with community platforms to promote the care and services provided by our practice.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards within the medical community
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A sales, marketing, or business-related degree is preferred or equivalent business and/or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- A confident, professional, and polished speaker
- Quick and competent learner in order to memorize procedures offered as well as related medical information/thermology
- Medical background or clinical experience is a plus
Work Environment
Nearly fully remote and working from your vehicle as the position entails visiting medical practice offices, etc.
Pay Structure
This position offers a salary as well as performance based bonus.
