Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computerized order management system.
• Communicate with sales Reps to confirm order details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, ensuring data entry is precise and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with sales and client services teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone etiquette and professional communication.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and organizing office documents.

Experience

• Proficiency in English is required, or multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, client services, or customer service roles is advantageous.
• Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and office software applications.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for interacting with sales reps and clients effectively.
• A background in handling order processing or similar administrative tasks is beneficial.
• Must have experience working with CRMs
