Email Marketing Assistant Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Email Marketing Assistant Ito join our growing team. The Email Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Sales & Marketing Department with various tasks and initiatives aimed at promoting our services and enhancing our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a passion for marketing and creative problem-solving. This is a part-time in-office position.
Email Marketing Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including content creation and email marketing.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry-specific challenges and pain points.
Support the maintenance of the CRM and provide call lists to supplement marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team.
Email Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with an email sequencing platform (e.g., Woodpecker).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Email Marketing Assistant Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and CRM software.
Experience with website management and content management systems.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
