Job Summary
The Client Services Policy Specialist is an experience customer support position providing advanced administrative processing of customer requests.
Essential Functions
- Serves as primary backup to Client Service Representatives
- Reviews Power of Attorney's, Divorce Decree's, Trust documents
- Handles all client service complex work types
- Performs extensive auditing of all materials, policy change forms, agent handling, etc.
- Handles Not Taken requests and refunds
- Orders forms and policy information and mails to policyholders
- Mails : Annuity maturity letters, IVR and Option Annuity statements, ANNV quotes and letters, Requests for annuity cost basis, and Policy information requests.
- Processes cost basis work type through AWD
- Records cost basis on computer
- Processes simple Beneficiary changes
- Processes Ownership Changes and Policy Changes
