CDL Class-A Driver position at our Bridgeport, Texas location.

What Does a CDL Driver Do?
- Deliver goods and materials to designated locations
- Maintain a customer-focused approach and uphold company values
- Manage time and schedules efficiently for on-time deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
- Ensure a clean driving record and practice safe driving habits
- Travel locally as required for deliveries and pick-ups
- Utilize previous building material experience if available
- Lift and carry items 25-50lbs consistently
- Be flexible to work overtime when needed
- Work effectively in an outdoor environment, adapting to varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Additional duties as assigned
What Does It Take to Be Successful as a CDL Driver?
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in construction or building materials preferred, but not required
At least 1 year of forklift experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid CDL Class A driver’s license with a clean driving record
Willingness to travel locally and operate a variety of vehicles, including Class A type trucks and one-ton trucks for deliveries as needed
Ability to climb ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
Comfortable handling large, irregularly shaped items and stocking products in overhead areas
Requires frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be available to work weekends
