We are seeking an ambitious and thorough individual responsible for preparation and coordination with multiple departments to assist in meeting project requirements.

Purpose : Provide project analysis by collecting project information in the field and administrative support to project management team.

Responsibilities

• Site inspections and collection of information for change orders
• Document review and identify potential risks that projects may pose to the organization
• Manage and maintain project documentation for the organization
• Report status of current projects and percent-complete to management
• Advanced production and labor activity reporting
• Maintain communication with project contact regarding scheduling and documentation requirements
• Coordinate final inspections with customer / manufacturer and advise estimating of completion
• Complete project closeout documents
• Controlling and prioritizing multiple activities while handling multiple projects
• Must be willing to assist with office telephones and other office related assignments as needed
• Other projects and duties as assigned by manager
