Job Description
The Shop Foreman will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager in managing various tasks associated with the production of trade show exhibits and related events.
Key Tasks:
- Support the Production Manager in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
- Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Assist in preparing materials and equipment for trade shows, exhibits, and events
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and materials
- Track material usage to ensure the smooth running of projects
- Assist in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in production and shop management, preferably in the trade show and/or event industry
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on collaboration
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Detail-oriented approach to work
