Duties
- Supervise and coordinate office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate calendar management for appointments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for phone systems, addressing customers
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in similar automotive fields
- Bilingual: English, Spanish is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications such as: Docs, Sheets
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
