The Associate Consultant assists in strategic planning, business planning, fundamental planning and analyses, and off-site facility development. The Associate Consultant will work with the Data Resource Center, Finance, Regional Development, Medical Staff, Administration, and employees at all levels across the hospital. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, quick to pick up new skills through self-directed training and has an interest in strategic planning and business development.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

- Develops project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
- Coordinates project resources and manages project teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to identify project requirements and scope. Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders and team members.
- Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize project delays.
- Conducts project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensures compliance with project management methodologies and standards to maintain project quality.
- Bachelor's Degreein Hospital/Health Administration, Business Administration, Planning, Computer Science or other related field, required.
