Job Details

  • 2 supervisory references required.
  • Must have 1 supervisor or manager reference upon submittal.
  • 3 Years of experience required.

    • Job Requirements

  • BLS required.
  • State License 1 Verification
  • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP)
  • References : 2 Manager or Supervisor references required. Must be a professional reference. Charge RN is acceptable for one of the references.

    • Schedule Information

  • Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Schedule.
  • Floating is required for most positions.

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Unit specific skills checklist required. Update annually.

    • Additional Details

  • I9 required for direct placements
  • Current government issued photo ID is required within 24-48 hours of signing contract.
  • Internal Requirement - require as applicable.
