Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of field staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to field staff
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to field operations
Experience:
- Exprience in Flooring systems , Polished Concrete Epoxy and Terazzo Floors
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a field-based setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Preferably Bi Lingual Spansish
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Software and clod based reporing systems
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
