Job Description
The Market Support Specialist handles the case filing process for designated jurisdictions within the State of Texas. The position will review and prepare cases to be filed via third party agent, electronically or overnight courier. The role also requires occasionally court attendance to represent clients.
This position works with high case volume and daily deadlines and requires attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management skills are required along with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Reports to NWCs Area Director
- Handle case filings and dismissals
- Coordinate and management dockets
- Ensure case information is accurate and complete
- Management of court case results
- Ensure all documents are timely dropped according to company policy for delivery to agents
- Respond to support and clients with questions on case status and documentation in a timely manner
- Receive and handle calls regarding case issues from internal teams
- Alert team members of case delays, errors, or issues
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- Experience with case management or other legal office experience is a plus
- Property management experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proactive and highly organized, with strong time management skills
- Able to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Education Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
