Our company is seeking a Loan Officer Assistant for our growing team. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for prospecting for new clients through "warm calling" from company provided leads, and providing client recommendations to the Loan Officer. An applicant must be capable of interacting with staff, customers (both current and future), and should have a background in sales, or customer service. We're looking for candidates who are motivated by a fun sales team environment, and are willing to work hard to help our company thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Screen warm leads of refinance customers already enrolled in a product who may want to upgrade, or make changes to their existing one.
- Help applicants complete the loan process.
- Work in a friendly but competitive workplace.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
