Responsibilities:
- Oversee FSQA protocols across entire company
- Training and development of employees
- Execute cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Scheduling, hiring, termination, employee reviews, etc.
- SQF compliance
- HACCP compliance
- FDA & USDA compliance
- Assist with audits - internal & external
Requirements to be considered:
- 5 years experience as a Sr. QA Manager or QA Director within food and/or beverage manufacturing
- Experience with perishable products is preferred but not required
- Must have SQF or BRC experience
- Must have FDA and USDA experience
- Bachelors Degree
Salary : $150,000 - $160,000
