Responsibilities:

• Oversee FSQA protocols across entire company
• Training and development of employees
• Execute cross-functional initiatives and projects
• Scheduling, hiring, termination, employee reviews, etc.
• SQF compliance
• HACCP compliance
• FDA & USDA compliance
• Assist with audits - internal & external

Requirements to be considered:

• 5 years experience as a Sr. QA Manager or QA Director within food and/or beverage manufacturing
• Experience with perishable products is preferred but not required
• Must have SQF or BRC experience
• Must have FDA and USDA experience
• Bachelors Degree
