Job Description:
As a Junior Council Lawyer, you will work alongside experienced attorneys and receive mentorship and guidance while handling a variety of legal matters, including probate and bankruptcy cases. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand your legal knowledge, and develop your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in probate and bankruptcy cases, including drafting legal documents, researching case law, and preparing court filings.
• Support senior attorneys with case management and client communications.
• Attend client meetings and court hearings as required.
• Stay updated on legal developments and changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and implement case solutions.

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• Some experience or coursework in probate and/or bankruptcy law preferred, but not required.
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
