Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable male Direct Service Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care and support to individuals in need, behavior management, and patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals developmental delays.
- Implement behavior management strategies to support clients
- Provide companionship to the individuals being served
- Work with people on the autism spectrum to enhance their quality of life
- Deliver home care services including meal preparation and household tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in direct service provision or related field is preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage clients schedules and encourage independence at the same time
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-oriented approach to caregiving
