Armed and Unarmed Security Officer

Nationwide Investigations and Security, Inc., the leader in security services, is NOW HIRING armed and unarmed security officers in Los Angels, CA to monitor job sites such as Events, Construction Sites, Private & Public Company Assets.

We are seeking reliable and professional Contract Security Officers (both Unarmed and Armed) to join our growing security team. In this role, you will help protect property, assets, staff, and visitors across various client locations. You’ll maintain a visible presence, enforce safety protocols, and respond to incidents quickly and effectively.

This is a contractor role (1099), ideal for independent professionals who are self-motivated, dependable, and value flexibility and professionalism.

Job Description:

Guards will monitor property in order to deter threats and provide reports.
Guards will monitor, observe, and call the police if necessary.

Qualified Candidates will have:

A clean background with no felony conviction(s)
Military and/or extensive security background
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the area
Strong interpersonal skills
Customer service oriented
Computer proficient (at least have basic skills)
Good communication and report writing skills
Professional image
Physically capable of meeting requirements of numerous posts
Valid Driver's License and social security card
