Training and Development
The Military Education Consultant will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to AIT Soldiers on the operation and employment of artillery systems. The consultant will work closely with the USAFAS to ensure that training meets the needs of the military and is aligned with current doctrinal publications. The responsibilities include instructing AIT Soldiers, providing input for updates/training to the POI, maintaining and updating lesson plans, presenting instruction on individual and crew level skills, tasks, and duties, administering examinations, evaluating test results, and providing recommendations to academic deficiency panels. Additionally, the consultant will analyze AIT individual and class academic duty performance and provide recommendations for improvement to the COR concerning course materials, methods of instruction, and performance evaluation.
