$52,000 - $80,000
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, W2
- Pay: Base and Commission Pay paid weekly plus Monthly Bonus Opportunities
- Shift: 40-hour work week; Monday to Friday; One Saturday shift a month
- Dress code: Business Casual; Casual Fridays
- Location: In-Office in Pompano Beach, FL

- Engage & Assist: Handle inbound and outbound calls, guiding clients through their loan options with confidence, care, and professionalism.
- Meet & Exceed Goals: Consistently hit department benchmarks while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Navigate & Improve: Follow scripts and use CRM tools effectively to streamline client interactions and stay compliant.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with your team and leadership, embracing ongoing coaching to sharpen your skills.
- Communicate & Connect: Use strong, clear communication to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- High-Energy & Motivated: You bring enthusiasm, drive, and a competitive spirit to everything you do.
- Experience: You’ve worked in a call center, sales, or customer service role and know how to engage clients effectively.
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: You’re comfortable using CRM systems and following structured processes.
