Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, W2
- Pay: Base and Commission Pay paid weekly plus Monthly Bonus Opportunities
- Shift: 40-hour work week; Monday to Friday; One Saturday shift a month
- Work Setting: In-Office
- Dress code: Business Casual; Casual Fridays
- Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Reliably commute or relocate required)
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet daily and weekly department goals
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring each client receives prompt and professional assistance
- Follow scripts and use CRM software effectively to enhance client interactions and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction, addressing client needs and concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively as a strong team player, taking direction and initiating business activities in partnership with management and peers.
- Use clear, concise, and effective communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role
- Proficiency with CRM tools and call scripts
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Reliable and dependable with a commitment to integrity
- Adaptable and able to handle high call volumes
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center environment, with a strong focus on sales and customer service, or experience as an insurance agent, in hospitality, car sales, or in phone sales
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Experience in the financial industry, specifically loans, lending requirements, and regulatory compliance related to loan processing and approval.
