Shift: 40-hour work week; Monday to Friday; One Saturday shift a month as needed

Location: Pompano Beach, FL (Reliably commute or relocate required)
- Serve as a flexible and dynamic leader across multiple departments, stepping into managerial roles as needed.
- Provide leadership and support to team members in Data Entry, Processing and Welcome Team departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor team performance, address workflow inefficiencies, and implement solutions to maintain department goals.
- Assist with coaching, training, and onboarding employees to ensure alignment with company standards, compliance, and best practices.
- Step in for department managers during absences, taking on responsibilities such as scheduling, monitoring metrics, addressing employee concerns, and conducting team meetings.
- Work closely with department managers and leadership to identify and resolve operational challenges proactively.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment by providing guidance, motivation, and clear direction.
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle escalations efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution for both employees and clients.
- Provide ongoing feedback to employees, conduct performance check-ins, and support professional growth initiatives.
- Use CRM and other company tools effectively to track progress, report updates, and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and provide hands-on support where needed to optimize overall company efficiency.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a call center, sales, or financial services environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide, coach, and motivate teams.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities across different teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, reporting software, and call scripts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain consistency across teams.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
- Experience managing teams in a call center, sales, loan consulting, or customer service industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial services, loan processing, and compliance regulations.
- Previous experience in training, reporting, employee development, or performance management.
