Job Location: On-site at the FEI Group's Marietta, GA office
Job Summary:
The Marketing & Communications Specialist will support the overall marketing initiatives of FEI Group across six corporate divisions. This role will be one of marketing and administrative communication to the members and supply partners of each group as well as providing administrative support to the division leaders operating across all FEI divisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with VP of Marketing and FEI division leaders.
- Manage member and supply partner communication for all FEI divisions, including welcome announcements, save the dates, program launches, e-newsletters, etc.
- Creation of meeting/event materials (i.e., PowerPoint presentations, signs, banners, handouts, workbooks, badges, etc.).
- Creation of sales slicks, flyers, magazine ads, promo materials, event logos, QR codes, etc.
- Manage social media posts across all five divisions (i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage various admin tasks for all FEI divisions.
- Provide meeting/event support for all FEI divisions.
- Work closely with the division Advisory Boards and NextGen groups within each division.
- Knowledge of membership benefits, including business service programs.
- Attend company meetings and conferences when applicable.
- Position is in-office five days a week and based in Marietta, GA.
Job Qualifications:
- Prior similar experience helpful.
- Eagerness and willingness to be a servant leader.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Graphic design capabilities preferred.
- Candidate will be required to complete and pass a background screening upon offer of employment

Work Environment:
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to ten pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
