Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate onboarding new members by serving as a central point of contact, guiding them through established processes, and addressing basic questions to ensure their needs are met.
- Validate and audit data from various sources to maintain its integrity and compliance with defined guidelines.
- Assist in data analysis tasks, including identifying irregularities and contributing to root cause investigations, with guidance from subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support process improvements and ensure alignment with program objectives, providing input to enhance member adoption.
- Utilize Excel tools like Power Query, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to perform ad-hoc data reconciliation and generate actionable insights under established workflows.
- Maintain organized records and documentation to support ongoing operations, compliance, and team collaboration, ensuring easy access for auditing and reporting needs.
- Monitor the data intake process, flagging any issues or discrepancies and supporting smooth transitions for members as part of a collaborative team effort.
- Learn and grow within the role, building familiarity with tools, systems, and processes to contribute effectively to team objectives while gaining experience in the field.
