Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Job Location: Tulsa, OK (In-Office)
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate calls with patients to discuss medical equipment setup and usage
Review patient prescriptions and sleep studies for proper instruction
Review patient accounts for information needed to process patient orders
Instruct patients on details of machine and supply usage, including recommendations for masks
Review and discuss insurance benefits and coverage
Calculate, review and discuss patient responsibility based on individual insurance policies
Discuss compliance guidelines required by insurance
Explain resupply program process to patients
Perform patient calls for compliance issues/questions as needed
Respond to incoming calls and voicemails regarding patient issues, including but not limited to, resolve patient complaints, assist patients with tracking shipments, send out supplies upon patient request, verify account information, assist patients with status of their medical records, assist in resolving mask issues and machine/technical issues
Ensure patient satisfaction with expediency
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
Other duties as assigned
How You’ll Stand Out:
High School graduate or GED required
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment
Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients
Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written & oral communication skills required: ability to present and articulate effectively to individuals on all levels
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour
