Job Location: Calabasas, CA (In-Person)
What You’ll Do
- Respond to incoming calls regarding patient issues, including but not limited to, resolving customer issues, assisting patients with tracking shipments, explaining resupply program process to patients and sending out supplies upon patient request, verifying account information, assisting patients with account status and resolving technical, compliance, mask and/or machine issues
- Provide back-up support for positions in Customer Service and Clinical Care departments ensuring customer satisfaction with expediency
- Assist patients through patient app, email and/or website chat, real time during business hours
- Review and respond to patient customer service/clinical care voicemail queues
- Coordinate calls with patients to discuss medical equipment setup/usage, including recommendations for masks as well as compliance guidelines required by insurance
- Educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking
- Other duties as assigned
How You’ll Stand Out
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients
- Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
- Problem-solving skills required
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills including follow up
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- High School graduate or GED required
