As a Patient Relations Representative…
You will be the enthusiastic voice who will assist our sleep apnea patients with their therapy and encourage sleep hygiene best practices through order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, problem-solving, outbound-dialing extraordinaire.

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Job Location: Calabasas, CA (In-Office)
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain high volume of outbound calls and prioritization of leads
- Manage multiple computer databases for documenting patient information
- Initiate phone calls to current patient population to replenish supplies
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
- Confirm or capture patient demographics, insurance, equipment and/or physician information
- Delivery timely and accurate information regarding insurance eligibility and coverage
- Act as the liaison between the patient and other departments, if necessary
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Provide high level customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Work with manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Opening and closing the office
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment for at least 1 year
- High school graduate or GED required
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills required
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for patients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize workload with frequent interruptions
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills, including follow-up
- Proficiency with a computer and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00/hour
