The Direct Sales Agent's responsibilities include identifying opportunities to increase sales and assisting in the development and execution of sales and lead generation plans. Direct Sales Agent Duties:
- Act as the subject matter expert on the technical selling points of our products and services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments with new clients.
- Establish positive relationships by ensuring timely response to all customer inquiries and concerns across all channels (email, telephone, social media, or in-person).
- Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts.
- Accomplish minimum weekly, monthly, annual productivity, and sales goals.
