Industrial Maintenance Technician

This role involves maintaining production equipment to ensure it operates smoothly. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting, inspecting, diagnosing equipment issues, performing necessary and preventive repairs. This is a dynamic, fast-paced position that requires multitasking abilities and flexibility to assist across various areas.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in CNC lathes, precision grinding machines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems, as well as strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and develop effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Service and maintain equipment, including motors, conveyor systems, and production-related machinery.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on automation systems to ensure functionality with minimal downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
- Install and set up new equipment, as necessary.
- Perform routine safety inspections.
- Adjust mechanical components using hand tools and machinery.
- Fabricate or replace parts for repairs and equipment enhancements.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
