Night shift Machine Operator - 4 nights on/ 4 nights off (12.5-hours per day)
Responsibilities
Working a 12.5-hour, 4 days on, 4 days off scheduled night shift (6:30 am to 7:00 pm), the process line operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity. And to provide support to the Line Lead.
- Safety: Near-miss and BBS reporting participation
- Meet productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
- Adjust machinery as needed
Qualifications
- A high school Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Recent manufacturing experience
- A positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining high attention to detail
Salary : $18 - $19
