Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent technical training.
- Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and methodologies.
- Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in flexible packaging
Salary : $110,000 - $145,000
