- Lead a Dedicated Maintenance Team - Oversee a talented group of maintenance professionals and foster a collaborative, safety-focused environment where everyone can thrive.
- Drive Operational Efficiency - Manage small to medium-sized capital projects, maintain budgets, and optimize asset management to enhance productivity and cost control.
- Embrace a Culture of Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with plant personnel to develop and execute innovative projects that enhance our operations and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and requirements.
- Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting support for maintenance and operations, leveraging your technical expertise.
- Manage contractors working on site and foster a teamwork-driven environment.
- Align the plant's maintenance system with corporate reliability-based asset management goals and objectives.
- Spend time on the shop floor, collaborating with maintenance and operations personnel to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with 3 years of experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in project and maintenance budgeting, as well as the development of process flow diagrams, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and equipment lists.
- Strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to develop strong working relationships with plant personnel and contractors.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
