Responsibilities
The Technical Services Manager is responsible for providing technical assistance in
cement quality and process, concrete, concrete construction practices, to internal and
external customers. Develops and maintains systems and processes to assure
that all manufactured cement products meet customer specifications and expectations
and achieve expected quality and reliability levels in a cost-effective manner. This role
works closely with cement operations and logistics teams across the US and Mexico
Divisions.

Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Manager, Technical Services Engineer or Certified Concrete Expert in the building
materials industries (cement, concrete, admixtures).
Required Education
Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field, and / or a minimum of 10
years of experience in concrete and concrete products quality control.
Preferred Education
Professional Engineer Certification
