Responsibilities :
- PreventiveMaintenance :
- Conduct routineinspections and maintenance on HVAC systems plumbing fixtureselectrical equipment and other facilitycomponents.
- Perform preventativemaintenance tasks such as filter changes lubrication and minorrepairs.
- Identify and addresspotential issues before they escalate into majorproblems.
- ReactiveMaintenance :
- Respond promptly tomaintenance requests and emergencyrepairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshootmechanical electrical and plumbingissues.
- Perform repairs andreplacements asneeded.
- FacilityImprovements :
- Assist with facilityimprovement projects including renovations andupgrades.
- Collaborate withcontractors and other team members to ensure projects are completedon time and withinbudget.
- SafetyCompliance :
- Adhere to all safetyregulations and procedures.
- Conductregular safety inspections and address any hazardsidentified.
- Maintain a clean andorganizedworkspace.
- EnergyEfficiency :
- Identify opportunities toimprove energy efficiency and reduce operatingcosts.
- Implement energysavingmeasures asdirected.
Requirements
- Highschool diploma orequivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years ofexperience in facility maintenance or relatedfield.
- Strong mechanical electricaland plumbing skills.
- Ability to readand interpret blueprints andschematics.
- Valid driverslicense.
- Excellent problemsolvingand troubleshooting skills.
- Strongattention to detail.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
- Willingness to work flexiblehours including weekends and evenings asneeded.
PreferredQualifications :
- HVACcertification.
- Electricallicense.
