Process Improvement & Quality Assurance Engineer
Job Description
- Evaluate and address the company’s quality issues.
- To lead all activities to maintain the company’s quality system and ISO certification.
- Maintain Nonconforming Material Reports and periodical audits to verify the effectiveness of Quality Systems.
- Work with laboratory personnel in activities and evaluation related to failure investigations.
- Provide statistical analysis information to improve product quality and process improvements.
- Take a lead on supplier’s audits and quality control.
- Maintenance of IS9001 Quality Management System QMS to include SOPs, Approved Suppliers List.
- Maintenance of IS9001 Quality Management System QMS to include Internal and External Corrective
- Actions and all Non-conformances.
- Maintenance of IS9001 Quality Management System QMS to include Internal and External audits.
- All Quality Management System QMS procedures and document control.
- Initiates Process improvements based on critical matrix review, Lead process improvement projects and
- collaboration with other departments to be able to meet customer’s expectations.
- Supplier audit control; Heat Treatment audits and casting supplier quality audits.
