Job Description
Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 standards. The Quality Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality and safety standards required by the aerospace industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain and improve the company's QMS to ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements.
- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Manage internal and external audits, including supplier audits.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to address non-conformances and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor key quality metrics and report on QMS performance to management.
- Oversee the control of nonconforming material and the material review board process.
- Manage the calibration program for measuring and test equipment.
- Provide quality training to employees.
- Interact with customers and suppliers on quality-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to AS9100 standards and industry best practices.
