Seeking a Sales Support Representative for an electronics manufacturer serving the defense industry.
The ideal candidate has 26 years related customer service experience working with RFQs. You are an accomplished multitasker organized and efficient team player who is also able to work independently.
What you will do :
Responsible for quote creation and customer / stakeholder interaction. Independent and coordinated work with the sales team and company.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and our customers.
- Respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) by gathering necessary details on products quantities delivery timelines and special requirements.
- Manages RFQ s placed directly or Via Customer Portals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing product availability and sourcing.
- Track quotes sent to customers and follow up to convert quotes into confirmed orders.
- Ensure clients remain satisfied and loyal by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
- Identify and suggest improvements to the quoting and order fulfillment process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 6 years prior related experience OR Associates Degree, plus 2 years of prior related experience. Prior relevant experience must be in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, and highly differentiated environment Experience working with ERP, Quoting systems, and multiple support related electronic programs and mediums Show a flexible approach to problem-solving, recognizing that different customers may have different expectations or solutions Must be a US Citizen or lawful resident of the US
