What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Leadership professional to join our team as a Technical Program Manager.
You will be responsible for leading matrixed, multidisciplinary teams in the development and production of microwave/RF solid state power amplifiers and control components for industrial and DoD customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing programs through all phases, from proposal preparation and submission, contract negotiation, baseline, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, qualification, validation, production, and delivery.
- Directing and working together with the IPT to achieve both program and enterprise cost and schedule goals.
- Ensuring alignment of workload, staffing plans, work processes, and procedures with business management and functional management.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience or a Graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. Program management certification or equivalent is preferred.
