Sr Quality Manager

Seeking a Sr Quality Manager for an electronic manufacturer in the military and commercial industry.

The Sr Quality Manager will direct quality assurance efforts and to ensure the products conform to quality standards. The ideal candidate has 10 years experience in quality assurance and 5 years supervisory / management experience.

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards procedures and controls.
• Coordinate receiving inspection inprocess and final inspection.
• Work directly with Manufacturing to schedule and control inspection activities and to enforce requirements as specified by raw materials ingredients products and package specifications and regulatory agencies.
• Supervise and train all Inspection Personnel to Commercial and Military Specifications.
• Review and approves test data repair evaluations certificates of compliance and other customer required documentation.
• Responsible for final disposition of discrepancy reports material correction notices and source inspection reports.
• Responsible for MRB action. Coordinates between Engineering Design and Drafting Test Manufacturing and Purchasing.
• Make provisions for Government or customer source inspection when required.
• Coordinate Quality Control and training between the company and other facilities.
• Initiate the shipping process for final products. Review and approve shipping documentation.

10 years experience in quality assurance and 5 years supervisory / management experience. Certified IPC Specialist to J-STD-001 and / or IPC-A-610. Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment. Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
