**Responsibilities and Requirements:**
Your responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care and support, collaborating with the healthcare team, assisting with patient education, and meeting the requirements below:
- A current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a stepdown setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
